FREDONIA, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State women's lacrosse team has been picked for a sixth-place finish in a pre-season poll of SUNYAC coaches.The Devils are coming off their first post season berth under head coach
Tori Poffenberger last year, and are looking to continue climbing the ladder in the conference standings.
The Devils finished 4-5 in the SUNYAC in 2025, and 9-9 overall before a season-ending loss at New Paltz in the conference tournament.
This season, Oswego was picked first with 78 points in the poll. Cortland was right on their heels at 76. Defending regular-season champs NewPaltz was tabbed third, and Oneonta and Buffalo State were picked just ahead of the Blue Devils.
