FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Four Fredonia State women's lacrosse players made the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Division III Academic Honor Roll for the 2025-26 school year, which was released today.

The Blue Devils cited are recent graduates Jessica Kowalski and Alyssa Vukosic, and rising seniors Ella Forrest and Gabriella Lewinski. All four achieved grade-point averages of 3.50 or higher while working toward a major and a minor. 

Natives of Rochester, N.Y., Kowalski and Vukosic graduated in May after majoring in Exercise Science and minoring in Psychology. Among last year's juniors, Forrest is majoring in Social Studies Adolescent Education and minoring in Criminal Justice, and Lewinski is majoring in Psychology and minoring in Public Health. They hail from Orchard Park, N.Y., and Buffalo, N.Y., respectively.

In addition to the individual honors, the entire Blue Devil team made the Division III Academic Honor Squad for attaining a team GPA of 3.36 for the 2025-2026 academic year. It was the second straight year the Blue Devils have been cited. It was also the second straight year Vukosic made the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll.

The Blue Devils are coached by Tori Poffenberger, who's beginning her fifth season at Fredonia State.
